Leadership Academy
One of the most difficult leadership challenges that organizations face is that the various leaders have different vocabulary and expectations around what good leadership looks like. As a result, different leaders and their teams often just “wing it” when it comes to leading their teams. Because of this, there is drama and miscommunication resulting in a decline in culture, job satisfaction, and productivity.
I have solved this problem in many organizations through a combination of one-on-one coaching and a group leadership training program I call Leadership Academy.
Leadership Academy is a series of modular leadership training sessions in which I introduce, drive depth through, and give the participants the opportunity to practice the most effective leadership principles and frameworks.
By going through this experience alongside other leaders within their company, participants gain a shared vocabulary and understanding of what remarkable leadership looks like, how to practice it themselves, and how to support their team members in gaining this same language and skill set.
Logistics
- I deliver a one-hour Zoom training session once per month for a period of 10-12 months (determined by the specific objectives, challenges, and needs of the client).
- I host a one-hour Zoom open “office hour” once per month during the duration of Leadership Academy. I use this time to give personalized help to any participants who have questions or problems with the content I’ve delivered, or just leadership in general.
- Each participant is placed into a triad (along with two other participants). These small-groups meet once monthly in-between my training sessions in order to give and receive support and accountability to each other.
- I record all Zoom sessions, and will re-record any content as needed so that your company has a video library of world-class leadership development content to use for internal training purposes for as long as you’d like.
- I am available for email and text support outside of the training sessions as needed.
- The way to get the most value out of Leadership Academy is for the top leaders in the company to start Leadership Academy together in month-one, then in month-four, to start their direct reports as class number two. This gives the executive leadership team a three-month headstart on understanding and practicing the principles and frameworks so that they can better support their team going through it three months behind them.
Although much of Leadership Academy is already structured to best maximize personal and organizational transformation, we always customize this experience so that it is perfectly relevant to the objectives, challenges, and situations that leaders at your company face on a regular basis.
Cost:
Standard pricing for a one-year Leadership Academy engagement (for any number of participants) is $60,000
