Leadership Academy: Program Overview
The purpose of Leadership Academy is not to teach stuff. The purpose is to help people actually change their behavior. Not information. Transformation.
To that end, this program is designed to help participants understand, take ownership of, and begin using best practices as it relates to leadership, decision-making, and communication.
This program includes (2) 1-hour live sessions delivered over Zoom per month. The first session each month is used to introduce a new concept—a more effective way to solve some leadership problem. The second session each month is a discussion session where participants share how they did with the session one assignment and how they can improve. I will typically also add a strategic layer on top of the basic content from the first session.

Accountability Groups
As part of their participation in Leadership Academy, we help set up small accountability groups where participants show their work and practice being held accountable & holding others accountable effectively.
Maximizing Impact
If you want to squeeze the most value from Leadership Academy, the executive leadership team would begin with a three-month head start before opening LA to the rest of the team. This way, the executives have a more advanced mindset and are able to better support their direct reports more effectively than if they all started at the same time.
